- Contact Your Building Management: Before your move, confirm with the management of both your old and new buildings if they require a COI. Ask if they have a specific template or requirements.
- Provide Us with the Details: Send all the requirements and contact information to your Impel Moving consultant. Authorize us to prepare the insurance paperwork on your behalf.
- We Handle the Rest: We will ensure all requirements are met, including minimum insurance values and proper formatting. We double-check every detail to guarantee it’s acceptable to your building management, preventing last-minute corrections.
- Confirmation and Delivery: We will email your approved COI to you for your records and send it directly to your building management, confirming its approval.
