That inventory becomes a written plan and a written quote, so the scope and the cost are agreed before anything is packed.
Most office moves run overnight or across a weekend so the team leaves one office on Friday and opens the next on Monday. Workstations are labeled by department and desk, files and records travel with a documented chain of custody, and IT equipment is packed to a standard your technology team approves in advance.
When the move is part of a bigger change - a downsize, an expansion, a consolidation of two offices into one - we plan it in phases. Part of the business keeps operating while another part relocates, then the sequence reverses. Surplus furniture and end-of-life equipment can be removed in the same written scope, so the old space hands over clean.
