Not if the scope has not changed. The quote reflects the move we documented; adding rooms, stops, or services means a reissued quote before work starts.
Do you charge for stairs or long carries?+
They are factored into the written estimate, so they are not a surprise surcharge later.
Is a deposit required?+
Deposit terms are stated in your written quote so you know what is due and when before you confirm the date.
Do you offer in-home or virtual estimates?+
Both. A video walkthrough is often enough for apartments; larger homes usually benefit from an on-site visit.
