Is the cheapest quote usually the best value?+
Rarely. Compare the crew size, included materials, protection, and licensing. A quote well below the others often excludes work that will be billed later.
What is the difference between a binding and non-binding estimates?+
A binding estimate sets the price for the documented scope, while a non-binding estimate may change based on the completed work.
Should I tip the crew, and how much?+
It is optional. Clients who tip commonly do so per mover based on the day's difficulty and quality of care rather than a set percentage.
