Quotes and estimates

A written estimate we prepare for you is based on the details you provide about your move - addresses, inventory, access conditions, dates, and services requested. Final pricing follows the written estimate and the terms of your moving agreement. If the scope of your move changes, we will discuss it with you and document any adjustment before work continues.

For moves within California, estimates and services are regulated by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services under our license Cal-T / MTR 0192323. For interstate moves, we operate under US DOT 3549568 and applicable federal regulations.

Your responsibilities

When you request a quote or book a move, you agree to provide accurate information about your move, including access conditions such as stairs, elevators, parking, and long carries, and the items to be moved. Certain items cannot be transported - including hazardous materials, perishables, and items prohibited by law - and we will tell you about restrictions that apply to your move.
