How soon will I get my quote?+
Usually the same business day for straightforward moves once we have your addresses, date, and inventory details.
Is Impel licensed and insured?+
Yes. Impel Moving is licensed and insured: Cal-T / MTR 0192323, regulated by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services, and US DOT 3549568 for interstate moves.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance?+
Yes. Send your building's COI instructions and deadline to your coordinator and we issue it with the required wording.
Do you pack, and do you supply materials?+
Yes to both. Full or partial packing is available with cartons, paper, and specialty boxes included in the packing scope.
Do you offer weekend or after-hours moves?+
Yes, subject to crew availability and building move-hour restrictions - commonly used for commercial and office relocations.
What will you not transport?+
Flammables, propane, paint, solvents, ammunition, and perishables. Keep cash, jewelry, and vital documents with you.
How and when do I pay?+
Accepted payment methods and timing are stated in your written quote, so nothing about payment is decided on move day.

What happens if something is damaged?+
